Our most popular hands-on mission is our twice-a-year trip to serve lunch at the Dubuque Rescue Mission, which is a ministry to homeless people. Here are some photographs from a recent service there.

On Sunday, October 26, 2003, the United Churches sponsored the annual CROP Walk to raise money for fighting hunger locally and around the globe. This year, the host church, Grace Episcopal, had the walkers doing 10 laps around the periphery of Recreation Park. There were nearly 30 walkers and their efforts raised over $2,600 for Church World Service and the Galena Food Pantry. Here's a look at the event:
